1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

 

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet left our facility.

  • Refund Processing: Once confirmed that your order has not shipped, we will process your refund instantly.

 

2. Returns & Refunds for "Craft" Custom Products

 

Due to the personalized nature of our "Craft" custom-made pre-workouts, these products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exceptions for "Craft" Products: We understand that sometimes issues occur. A refund or replacement for your "Craft" product may be applicable only in the following special cases:

  • Damaged Product: If your "Craft" product arrived damaged during transit.

  • Missing Product: If your "Craft" product was completely missing from your order.

  • Incorrect Product: If you received a "Craft" product that does not match your customization specifications (e.g., incorrect flavor or ingredients from your order).

To report an issue with a "Craft" product: Please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery at help@chamberofgods.com or +91-9266209242. You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, missing item, or incorrect product.

 

3. Missing Products (General)

 

If any product (excluding "Craft" products, which are covered above) is missing from your order, we will investigate and, upon confirmation, offer a refund or replacement.

  • Investigation & Proofs: To facilitate a speedy resolution, we will require reasonable proofs, such as photos of the received package and its contents, or other information as requested during our investigation.

  • Resolution: Upon successful investigation, we will process a refund or send a replacement product.

 

4. Refund Methods

 

For eligible refunds, you will have the option to receive your refund as:

  • Store Credit: Which can be used for future purchases on Chamberofgods.com.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunded directly back to the payment method used for the original purchase.

 

5. Refund Processing Time

 

  • Standard Processing: Once a refund is initiated by Chamberofgods, it usually reaches your account within one hour.

  • Extended Processing: In rare cases, due to delays with your payment provider or banking institution, it may take up to 4-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

 

6. Fraud and Tampering

 

Chamberofgods maintains a strict policy against fraud and intentional tampering with our products or refund process.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if we suspect intentional tampering, fraudulent claims, or abuse of our return policy.
