1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet left our facility.

Refund Processing: Once confirmed that your order has not shipped, we will process your refund instantly.

Please note: All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

2. Returns & Refunds

If you're unsatisfied with any product, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains the wrong product, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to raise a claim. 3. Investigation & Resolution

Investigation: To facilitate a speedy resolution, we will require photos of the received package and its contents, or any other information requested during our investigation.

Resolution: Upon successful investigation, we will process a refund or send a replacement product.

4. Refund Methods

For eligible refunds, you will have the option to receive your refund as:

• Store Credit: Which can be used for future purchases on chamberofgods.com.
• Original Payment Method: Refunded directly back to the payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Standard Processing: Once a refund is initiated by Chamber of Gods, it usually reaches your account within one hour.
• Extended Processing: In rare cases, due to delays with your payment provider or banking institution, it may take up to 4–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

6. Fraud and Tampering

Chamber of Gods maintains a strict policy against fraud and intentional tampering with our products or refund process.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if we suspect intentional tampering, fraudulent claims, or abuse of our return policy.
