I tried it before attempting a heavy lift and the fumes didn't hut me at all, I had to keep it close to my nose and sniff it 3-4 times, still nothing

So this is my first smelling salt ever. Loved it, helps me alot in deadlift PR.

2nd time I’m buying this salt but this time i can feel the problem in it as the salt inside got hard & water is coming out through it while it was tightly closed & this is just a week after purchase but smelling for 3rd time while doing Squats.

Instinct Smelling Salt hits fast and delivers a powerful burst of focus and intensity. Perfect before heavy lifts or tough workouts. Strong aroma, long-lasting, and very effective definitely best for experienced lifters. Highly recommended.

Instinct is high quality and super reliable really impressed!
